I think my favorite part of your infographic is how you included pictures of the comic strips along with the quotes. For me it helped me visualize the scenes a bit better since I have no background knowledge of fencing. I also like the disciplines you've intertwined it with and how they dig a bit farther than the surface content we typically teach.

I was able to make a connection to the book I read this week, Roller Girl by Victoria Jamieson. The main character in my novel, much like Nicholas, has to work as hard as she can in order to make the roller derby team for a bout. All of the other girls had lots of experience and she did not even know how to roller-skate. Fence seems like it was a fun read, very relatable to student-atheletes!!
